God’s Expectations For The Man (Adam)
Just like Adam was given a leadership role far beyond his awareness, every male factor called to be a husband and a father has been assigned a significant role to play in the society as well as in the lives of those placed in their care as God’s general. Vast majority of men are failing in their leadership roles as husbands and fathers however, without realising this fact. Many responsible tasks are resting on their shoulders but they have totally failed to notice it perhaps just like Adam then.
It’s God’s injunction that Adam represented three (3) major figures in his home just like the wife Eve, but just with slight difference. Viz:
A Carer > As a loving father, he was to take care and provide for his household. As a man, it’s your duty to take care of the provisions for the entire household; your wife and your children as the scriptures instruct. “But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own household, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.” ~ (1Tim.5:8 KJV).”
